SUMMARY:Way of Washi Weekend Workshop Series
DESCRIPTION:Join Ayako and Tomoko Yoshizumi flying from Japan all the way to Rhode Island for the first time to share the the wonders of washi! \nWEEKEND WORKSHOP series will take place over the course of two days.  One day is not a prerequisite for the other. You can take either day on its own\, or both for a complete experience.  12-4pm both days. \nThe schedule for October 14th is: \n\nsheet-forming with kozo fiber\nuchiwa (Japanese fan) making\ndecorative techniques on handmade paper\n\nThe schedule for October 15th is: \n\nsheet-forming with kozo fiber\nstencil-printing with shibugami (please prepare a design idea in advance)\npaper thread-how to’s\n\n*Note that workshop details are subject to change before the event\, check back for details and updates.
