General Terms
Shipping Paper & Stationery: Shipments from stock are F.O.B. Rhode Island. Shipping and handling charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.

Special Orders: Special orders constitute items that are not stocked. A 50% deposit is required for all such orders. No cancellations or returns are permitted on special orders.

Loss & Damage: Missing and/or damaged goods must be reported to Paper Connection within 7 days of receipt of order.
Returns: No returns are permitted without prior approval and without authorized return number. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Disclaimer regarding Colors & Patterns: Handmade papers and products are subject to variations in color, weight, and pattern from lot to lot and contribute to the uniqueness of the item.
