Stumbled across this handmade bed, called the Simple II, by BDDW. It’s American Black Walnut wood, with a hand rubbed dark oil finish.
The huge planks in the back could make me feel nestled in. All you need is a nice, big, cozy comforter! I will be needing plenty of sleep as I make my way back to lil Rhody soon!
This furniture company, founded by Tyler Hays, is quite interesting and I like the photos on their site. Using only domestic woods, the furniture is hand rubbed, which I’m sure makes each piece unique.
