Prices: All prices are NET in US dollars, effective 1/1/10. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please inquire about volume discounts. Pricing does not include export charges.

Minimum Order for re-sellers: US $250 NET for paper and stationery products. Orders not meeting minimum are subject to surcharge.

Category minimums: 5 full-sheet minimum per paper item, 6 half-sheet minimum per paper item, 10 full-sheet minimum per "LACE" paper item, 6 each per packaged stationery item, 12 per gift box item or as otherwise indicated.

Payment: Paper orders are payable COD or in advance by check, money order, MasterCard or VISA to: Paper Connection International, LLC. Prior to purchase please provide company description and re-sale documentation. On accounts where credit has been approved, Terms are NET 30 days.

Shipping Paper & Stationery: Shipments from stock are F.O.B. Rhode Island. Shipping and handling charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.

Loss & Damage: Missing and/or damaged goods must be reported to Paper Connection within 7 days of receipt of order.

Returns: No returns are permitted without prior approval and without authorized return number. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Special Orders: Special orders constitute items which are not stocked. A 50% deposit is required for all such orders. No cancellations or returns are permitted on special orders.

Colors & Patterns: Handmade papers and products are subject to variations in color, weight and pattern from lot to lot and contribute to the uniqueness of the item.
